• Our Northern Region is composed of the former Clinical Health Laboratories, headquartered in Cleveland; Medi-Lab, Inc., located in Lima, and Suburban Medical Laboratory with its main location in Cuyahoga Falls.
• The Southern Region is built around the former Kilbourne Medical Laboratories, based in Cincinnati, with additional labs in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky.
• The Western Region is comprised of the former Terre Haute Medical Labs based in the Wabash Valley in Indiana and the former Biotech Labs in Illinois.
